Icebreaker Contest

10 minute games Games Miscellaneous games

icebreaker contestToolbox:
  • Ropes
  • Different sized balls
  • Paper
  • Rubber bands
  • Cones
  • Duct tape
  • Blindfolds
How to:
  1. Divide teens into teams of 3 or 4.
  2. Each team must come up with an original icebreaker using one or two random objects. For example, they can use the balls and decide that each teen must throw a ball to a friend and quickly say their favorite ice cream flavor while it’s in the air.
  3. There is only one rule: Boys and girls must have different roles in the ice breaker.  Going back to our previous icebreaker example, the boys must throw the ball while the girls roll the ball.
  4. After 10 minutes, regroup and teams can present their icebreakers.
  5. Judges vote on best activity.
